Mr. Mehul Ruparel

Our Founder & Managing Partner, Mr. Mehul Ruparel is having rich and diversified work experience of more than 12 years. He is having B.Com honors Degree from H.A College of Commerce, Gujarat University and Inter C.S from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and now leading the firm since April-2017 onwards. Earlier prior to his own Business; He has quite successfully handled Managerial Post at Private Companies taking care of Accounts & Finance Dept. He is quite good at Accounting System Assessment, Implementation & Department Set-up with proper Training and Induction. He firmly believes in system driven organization with strong internal control measures in place. He successfully completed assignment of eliminating redundant processes, inefficiency and loopholes with proper implementation of Accounting System and Employee Training in line with Organization Structure and Internal Business Process Flow. He is leading the firm with collective vision of doing value addition for Small & Medium Business Enterprise, Mom & Pop Stores and Accounting Firms (Chartered Accountants & Certified Public Accountants).
Mr. Nilesh Shah

Mr. Nilesh Shah is having professional experience of around 15 years with rich domain knowledge of Accounts & Taxation. He is having B. Com honors Degree from Gujarat University, Inter C.A from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Certified Goods & Service Tax (GST) & Value Added Tax (VAT) Practitioner. He is associated with the firm right from the inception; offering helping hands through his domain expertise and experience with Strategic Direction to the firm. He has quite successfully managed Indirect Tax assessments; Income Tax assessments and Dept. Liaison.
Mr. Priyank Sachaniya

Today we cannot even think of any Business without Information Technology (IT) and that’s where we have Mr. Priyank Sachaniya. He is having more than 10 years of work experience with domain knowledge of IT Infrastructure Set-up, Networking and Maintenance. He is having Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Gujarat University, MCSA Certification (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) and CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Earlier during his professional career; he has successfully handled senior position while taking care of Server and Network Security and overall IT administration at private Companies and overall he’s quite good at Information Security assessment, SQL Server Set-up & Maintenance and Networking.
He is associated with the firm since Dec-2017; taking care of Key IT Infrastructure Set-up and Solutions and IT Services & Maintenance.
Mrs. Zankhana Trivedi
Strategic Advisor
Mrs. Zankhana Trivedi is taking care of firms overall strategic direction with performance and policy review from time to time and apart from that she plays passive role in Business networking, Client relations and Client acquisitions. She is having Master of Commerce (M.Com) honors Degree from M. S. University, Vadodara, Gujarat and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is having quite rich experience of around 15 years with her expertise at Business Compliance, Accounting & Taxation, Governance, Board Process and Risk Management. She has quite successfully handled Managerial post at certain corporate groups with key assignment and major responsibility and she was even on board as Company Secretary with well reputed listed Company at the National Stock Exchange of India. She is associated with the firm since April-2018 as Part-time Strategic Advisor.
